I am truly grateful for the digital era we live in—where collaboration and connection know no borders. As I prepare to give online trainings from Barcelona, in partnership with my colleagues in Vienna, I can’t help but appreciate how technology has redefined the way we work, learn, and contribute.
I wake up to the sound of waves, sip my morning coffee with the sea as my backdrop, and then open my laptop to meet my clients; some in Austria, others across Europe, and even beyond. The walls of an office no longer define where and how I create impact. My coaching, training, and mentoring sessions flow seamlessly across different time zones, allowing me to support individuals and teams wherever they are.
Once we tap into our inner drive and align our strengths, skills, and talents with our purpose, we become part of something bigger -a global network of impact that transcends location. Whether I’m coaching an individual, training a corporate team, or leading a workshop, the work flows beyond geography- it reaches where it’s needed.

Imagine, just for a second; if you could design your ideal work-life without limits, what would it look like?
How would it be possible to balance work with travel, family, and passion projects without feeling torn between responsibilities?
For me, this is my reality for this summer. Maybe it will be my reality someday for the whole year, who knows?
As Buckminster Fuller once said, “We are called to be the architects of the future, not its victims.” Remote work is no longer just a trend; it’s an invitation to design your own path.
And here I am, living proof of that; coaching, training, and creating impact wherever I am, whenever I am needed.
